What is a blister sealer?
Blister Sealing is a technique that involves the heat seal of a rigid, thermoformed outer shell which encapsulates a product to a coated back card —a popular and trendy packaging method for retail items and most CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies.
Different use of Alu-Alu Packing and Aluminum-Plastic Packing. Aluminum-Plastic Packing is with lower cost, while Alu-Alu Packing is a bit higher. The size of Alu-Alu Pack blister are larger than Aluminum-Plastic Pack. So for the same product, more can be loaded in one container if packed by Aluminum-Plastic Pack.

The interface temperature is the temperature achieved between the blister flange and the blister card during the heat seal process. Interface temperature should be between 190°F and 230°F as measured with Thermolable temperature sensitive tape. Start low and go higher if needed.

How does a blister reseal itself?

For a Blister That Has Not Popped
